Pokemon Card Scanner identifies Pokémon TCG cards, checks market prices, and tracks collections on iOS and web. TCG Pocket App is a secondary name used only to distinguish this physical-card tool from the official Pokémon TCG Pocket digital game. The Service is provided for informational and collection-management purposes only.

Pokemon Card Scanner is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., or GAME FREAK. Pokémon and Pokémon TCG are trademarks of their respective owners.

Acceptable Use

• Use the Service lawfully and only for personal collection, research, or resale planning you are authorized to conduct.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or misuse the Service or third-party price sources.
• Do not upload unlawful content or images you do not have rights to use.

Prices And Identification Disclaimer

Card identification and market prices are estimates based on available data, image quality, and marketplace signals. Prices are not guaranteed sale prices. Always verify set number, variant, condition, and grading before buying, selling, or insuring cards.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from pricing errors, misidentified cards, or marketplace decisions made using the Service.
